Head to the sign-up page built for businesses on the Postmates website. Fill out your personal information - Name, phone number, email address, and a password you can use to login to your account.
The next step is to add your business information to Postmates. Start by typing the name of your business and proceed by claiming it. This process will give you control of the information that is displayed. If you are unable to find it, skip this step and proceed to the next.
In case you don’t find your business, click on the option that says “My business isn’t listed”. Enter your business address and phone number before you proceed.
TIP:If you own multiple locations, you should add/claim one location here and add the other locations through your partner dashboard.
Once you’ve submitted your business information, you should see a confirmation screen like the one here.
Postmates will send an email to your inbox confirming your registration and requesting you to login to complete the setup. Open up the login screen to enter your email and password.
Make sure you confirm that your location information is correct before you proceed to add your banking information and product details.
As an additional (and optional) step, you can download the Postmates app on your mobile device to stay updated and receive instant notifications of your business performance.
