compare_aeo_reports

Compare one location's AI search visibility between two measurement months: overall and per-engine score changes, mention rate, average position, and per-prompt score changes. Omit `from` to compare against the report just before `to`; omit `to` for the latest. The unit of comparison is a prompt/engine pair answered in BOTH months: `likeForLike` is the change over only those pairs, and `coverage.comparable` is true only when no measured pair is missing from either month. Headline and per-engine scores are each month's own and are not like for like when `comparable` is false — read `coverage.notes` before concluding visibility moved. A month with no report is refused with the months that do exist. Read-only — it never generates a report.
