list_campaign_delivery

Per-recipient delivery results for a campaign after it was sent: each recipient's outcome (pending, skipped, sent, delivered, bounced, failed, unsubscribed), a reason for bounces/failures/skips, and the tool that repairs it (`recovery`: update_campaign_recipient to correct the address or number). `skipped` means sending stopped for that person (no usable email or phone, no SMS consent, unsubscribed/opted out, or too old to invite) — they are not queued; only an address problem has a repair, and missing consent or an opt-out is never retried. `counts` gives the whole campaign's split by outcome. Filter with `outcome` to find just the failures; paginated (follow hasMore). Delivered recipients are never offered a repair, so fixing the failed ones doesn't resend to the rest.
