get_post_boost_campaigns

Read all campaigns behind one post, including budget, targeting, status and latest recorded performance. Returns a distinct campaign count. Requires an active agency user with Social and owning-client access. Reads stored results only and never publishes or creates ad spend. Date filters, where supported, default to the last 30 days.
