add_review_keyword

Track a custom review topic for either a locationId or clientId. Up to 10 custom keywords; 3–128 characters. Saves it and requests background semantic tagging, which can use generation capacity. Counts fill in later. Check queued/warning before claiming tagging started. Requires Reviews and owning-client access.
