list_publish_targets

List where a post for this location can go: its own connected profiles and its client's brand-level pages. Each target's connectionId is what create_post / update_post take in `connectionIds` to publish to exactly those. canPublish is false when the connection needs reconnecting. Same list as GET /api/v1/locations/{id}/publish-targets.
