get_client_audit

Read the client's audit history, including deleted and archived locations and portal users. Covers only the trigger-audited client, location and portal-user changes; posts/review replies are not captured. Filter by locationId, from/to (UTC dates or ISO timestamps, to exclusive), before cursor, and limit (1–100). Returns timezone and locations for filtering. Agency sessions only.
