confirm_suggested_match

Confirm a NAP-scoring suggestion: creates a location-level connection from a fetched listing the scoring engine already matched to a Synup location. Identify the listing by its fetchedListingId (from the suggested-matches list). Fails if the listing has no matched location, is already connected, or the location already has a connection on that platform.
