list_review_reply_approvals

List review replies sent to client users for approval, with their status (pending, changes_requested, scheduled, posted, failed, withdrawn, cancelled), who they were sent to, whether they opened them, and the latest client comment. Filter by clientId and status. Also returns counts of pending and changes-requested items.
