cancel_team_invite

Cancel a team invitation that has not been accepted yet (status "Invited"): the invite link stops working and the pending member is deleted. Throws if the member already accepted — use remove_team_member to remove someone who has joined. Cannot be used on the owner. Not reversible; invite them again to restore it.
