list_countries

List the countries a location can belong to (all ISO 3166-1 countries). Global reference data — no clientId. Returns each country's two-letter code (what create_location's countryIso takes), name, dial code, whether it has states/regions, and whether a postal address there uses a state at all. Optionally filter by `search` (code, name or alias, e.g. "usa") or `hasRegions`.
