list_states

List the states / provinces / regions a location's stateIso can be. Global reference data — no clientId. Pass `country` (two-letter code, e.g. US) to get that country's complete list (the value to send is each entry's `code`). Without `country` all states are returned in pages: pass the previous `nextCursor` as `cursor` to continue. Filter with `search` or `type`.
