list_locations
List a client's business locations with name, address, category, tags, status, verification, pending changes, and publisher connections. Starting point for any location-specific work. Each row has a `kind`: 'location' is a physical business; 'website' is a brand's website (e.g. synup.com) tracked for reviews, SEO, AEO and social only — it has no address, category, listings or Google Business Profile, so never publish, verify or edit listing fields on it, and call it a website, not a location. Location results: each row's clientId is its recorded client association and clientName is that client's recorded business name. A location name and clientName may be identical; that does not mean the location has no client. Only clientId:null means no recorded client association. If clientId is present but clientName is null or missing, the client name is unavailable; do not describe the location as unassigned. Use the relationship fields from that same row, never infer a relationship or its absence from display names.
