Get an upload URL for a file

Returns a signed URL, valid for one hour, to PUT one pushed file to. Send the returned headers with the upload, then finish it with POST /api/v1/distribution/assets/{id}/complete.

Errors
401Missing, invalid, expired, or revoked API key.
403The key lacks the required scope, or isn't authorized for this client/location.
