Read saved competitive gaps
Requires Listening and client access. Returns up to 50 newest saved, non-dismissed competitive gaps with evidence counts and linked opportunity IDs. Optional inclusive UTC dates filter overlapping periods; omitted dates include all periods. Does not generate gaps or collect data.
