Read recipient acquisition history
Requires ReviewGen and Reviews access to the recipient’s owning client. Returns the contact and its memberships at the same location, with delivery and reply history. spend includes only channel and actual billed Credits; internal service identifiers are omitted. creditsTotal is null when no billing record exists, rather than an inferred zero.
