get_location_bulk_edit_job

Read the progress of an async bulk edit (bulk_edit_locations with async: true) started by this user: status (queued, running, canceling, completed, partial, failed, canceled), total, succeeded, failed, skipped, codes (why items failed or were skipped, e.g. content_checks_held, not_found; content_checks_held_saved and publisher_set_excluded on saved ones not fully applied or not sent to Google) and the first problem location ids. queued, running or canceling is not done (canceling: stopped, but locations may still be landing); partial means some locations were not applied.
