publish_location_now

Queue the stored location profile through the full listing publishing pipeline immediately. Uses the same publisher selection, restrictions and content checks as the app. Returns queued:true when accepted; queued:false with skipped:no_changes when no version changed since publishing. Queue acceptance is not confirmation of publisher completion. Requires Clients access.
