Generate an idea for a date
Requires Social and location-client access and a ready agency content generator. Generates one idea for a real YYYY-MM-DD date, optionally guided by observanceName and hint. Uses agency generation capacity; does not schedule or publish. Defaults to the calendar bucket. Physical locations target Google/Facebook; website locations use connected brand networks.
