Requires an active agency user with Social access and access to the post’s client. Returns non-archived ad runs for this post with budgets, targeting, campaign linkage, status and latest recorded performance, plus a distinct campaign count. Provider errors and raw payloads are excluded. This read never creates, stops or changes ad spend.
