Partoo is very easy to implement into our processes and very easy to use. We were given some easy instructions, on how to improve our e reputation. Especially our store staff, who have been managing several accounts on Google My Business, Apple Maps, Bing, etc. save a lot of time and are very happy to use this time on customers walking into the stores. In addition, we finally have a good way to analyze and improve KPIs like average ratings, answer rate of reviews, and so on. Regularly. 

Dislikes: 

There is not much to dislike about Partoo. The only thing would be that we could sometimes use German-speaking support for our German-speaking stores. But since they do offer customer support in English and French, we still get all our issues solved quickly.

There are only a few things I dislike, but they're definitely not deal-breakers. 1 - DemandJump can be glitchy or buggy at times, with data not displaying or reports getting lost or not updating; however, the product and support teams are very responsive and quick to act. 2 - Sometimes the data you need to make a strategic decision is disjointed, or in separate places, so it takes some extra time to go back and forth between pages. 3 - It is a very scientific tool based on algorithms, so it takes some extra effort to "humanize" the insights and take the content outlines with a grain of salt so that you don't write duplicate content or write sections in a post that don't fit your topic very well.

It's pricing is always changing. They do not communicate this properly to customers. This would be fine if it was a less expensive platform, but Ahrefs is not cheap.

I've been a customer of Ahrefs for nearly my entire marketing career. At my current company, we've been a customer for 5 years and were on a legacy plan. Last summer they announced plans to migrate everyone to a more expensive AND restrictive plan.

Essentially, the core feature of Ahrefs is searching a website or specific URL through its tool to understand and analyze its traffic, keywords, links, etc. I learn from using this feature, and use it dozens of times everyday.
