Previously, we had an issue with the time zones scheduling tool, but Roshan helped us to fix it instantly and is now a thing of the past

Excellent customer service! Quick to respond, helpful, patient and thorough. My experience has been 5 stars from the first day I called. What do you like best about Synup?
I find Synup user-friendly and an excellent platform for local listings. I love how analytics are tracked, and I can easily send monthly reports to clients. Clients even have their own sign-in! A HUGE bonus was when google my business scheduling and publishing was added - it was a pain to post all the time before manually. Sheryl has been an excellent resource and help. She is sweet, caring, and makes sure I am always aware of what is new or helpful for my company based on Synup's offerings.

What do you like best about Synup?

Nothing worthy of note. There were a few teething problems to begin with but these were soon handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency by the Synup customer support team. What do you like best about Synup?
Synup has a very easy user interface. We have a company with many different locations and it is very easy to update individual information for locations. Synup makes the updates very quickly. Using Synup is much better than individually updating Google My Business, Facebook, Yelp, and other local listings. The ability to update using an excel of all of our locations is very helpful.

We have found we need to do quality checks on the updates. It would be better if we were alerted if there are duplicate listings. Synup also does not connect to all of Facebook's fields and we would like to be able to update those at the same time as well.

Synup has a very easy user interface. We are also able to upload an excel so we can upload all locations at once and that is very helpful.

We have locations that update hours frequently. Synup allows us to update all local directories at once and that is a huge help. We have also solved the problem of time dedicated to updating Name, Phone Number, and Address across all of our locations. Before Synup it was very hard to update all the locations and it was very time consuming.

Customer service is great. They are very responsive when I have questions. I like that the system just focuses on the most important stuff as it is less overwhelming for my clients than other systems.

I wish you could suppress false reviews like you can on Birdeye. There is such an issue with people from other countries leaving negative reviews that have never done business with my clients.

Seems to be a great service so far I am really happy with it. Customer support has been great. You can tell it is a new company though and they still have some tweaks to make, but they are all pretty minor.

This all in one listing and reputation is much more cost effective than others we have seen. The fact you can't do as much with it is both a benefit and not. It is extremely easy for the users to use, but I still seem to need access to their GMB accounts to go in there and do some things too. Pairing with our on-page seo services makes it a more cost effective way to offer a more complete seo package. Also, we can sell to people who aren't existing clients, which we have never done before.

SynUp is a cheaper better alternative to Yext and otherplatforms. Additionally, customer support is quick and helpful when needed. Overall, we have been using SynUp for a few years for our agency clients and have been very happy with their team and product. Highly recommend.

I like that the layout is intuitive and easy to figure out. There aren't a lot of complicated steps, so our customers can log on and quickly respond to their reviews. They can do that while also ensuring that their business's integrity is intact by cleaning up duplicate entries and updating their business profile across significant sites like Google, Facebook and Yelp.

One of the most complex pieces is getting our customers to remember their business Facebook and Google logins and then getting them to connect them to Synup. It just adds a layer of complication to our onboarding calls. However, I'm not sure I have a helpful solution to this issue as our product is proprietary, and it would be difficult to get it combined with Synup.

It adds value to our digital marketing by allowing them to follow up on customer reviews quickly. The team treats you like you're important. They are proactive in getting meetings scheduled to ensure things are going well, they are helpful when questions arise. The product is also pretty intuitive and user-friendly. With a quick overview from the team, it's relatively easy to figure things out.

They are busy because they are growing, so sometimes response times to questions can be a little longer. They always acknowledge and ensure you have an idea of timing on their end. I do wish there were more obvious ways to pull reports and filter data. We also have issues with some updates populating in Google and have to do those manually.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. I'm very satisfied with this vendor and pleased that after surveying so many in this space I chose to go with SYNUP as our vendor for directory listing and local search presence.

We have over 1000 listings with SYNUP, and that # changes on a weekly basis as we onboard and offboard locations. It's a massive undertaking to keep the data consistent and accurate and SYNUP handles that all for us. They've also built a custom integration to allow the reviews to flow through to our website. Additionally, the SYNUP team is always available to answer questions and help with any search-related issues.
