import_google_locations

Import an explicit Google selection into a client: selected fetchedListingIds (scope=ids), a folder (scope=folder), or the account (scope=account). Queues the same import as the UI. maxLocations explicitly permits partial import; capacity refusal, already-imported/in-progress counts and partial dispatch are returned without silently claiming success. notifyByEmail sends completion to the identified acting user. Browse cached locations first.
