list_client_plans

The plans you can assign to a client — the values `clientPlanId` accepts on create_client and update_client. Each has its id, name, whether it is the agency's default (used when you omit clientPlanId), and what it includes (`includes`, plus `features` with the per-feature UI and agent access). Archived plans are not listed because they can't be assigned. No pricing is shown.
