list_client_newest_reviews

Read a fixed sample of the newest stored reviews across one client's authorized locations, globally ordered by date then ID. Use for ONLY N newest reviews across a whole client; limit is the sample bound (1–100), not a page size. No cursor or per-location fanout. Undated reviews are excluded with explicit coverage. No provider refresh. After this sample do not fetch additional review bodies for the same task.
