List reviews for a location across all platforms: author, rating, text, date, sentiment, topics, whether replied. Filter by platform, rating, sentiment, date range. Use for review analysis, finding unanswered reviews.

Parameters

clientIdstringrequired

Client the location belongs to (from list_clients). Accepts the database ID or public cli- ID. IDs must belong to the authenticated agency and permitted client.

locationIdstringrequired

The location's id (from list_locations). Accepts the database ID or public loc- ID. IDs must belong to the authenticated agency and permitted client.

ratings(1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5)[]optional

Star ratings to include.

sentiment("positive" | "neutral" | "negative")[]optional

Sentiments to include.

sitesstring[]optional

Platforms/marketplaces to include (e.g. google, yelp)

status("responded" | "unreplied")[]optional

Response status to filter by.

keywordstringoptional

Match review body text (case-insensitive)

Only reviews on/after this ISO date
