Validate a review source
Probes a public review-page URL and returns detected platform, estimated review count, business match and duplicate status without adding a source. May consume collection usage. Requires an active agency user with Reviews access. Supply an accessible locationId; omission permits agency-wide matching only for unrestricted owners/admins with an unrestricted credential. URLs are limited to 2048 characters; private hosts, IP literals, credentials and nonstandard ports are refused. HTTP is upgraded to HTTPS. Provider-specific failure reasons are masked.
