create_google_listings

Create NEW Google Business Profile listings for several locations at once, in one connected Google login and one of its business groups. Run preview_google_listing_create first and list_google_create_destinations to pick googleAccountName; only locations whose state is ready or review are queued (the rest come back in `skipped`). Set confirmedNoExistingProfiles: true only after checking these businesses really have no Google profile — otherwise link the existing one with assign_listing_to_location. This QUEUES the work: each location gets a pending connection and a create order item that the normal listing pipeline runs and retries; poll get_google_listing_create_status for created / retrying / failed with the reason. A failed create keeps the connection and shows the failed order item.
