move_connection_to_agency

Move a client-owned Google or Facebook listing account to agency level, so its listings can be assigned to locations in any client (each location's "Assign a listing" offers the agency's accounts; the picker is list_fetched_listings + assign_listing_to_location). Locations stay connected; nobody reconnects. If the same account is already connected agency-wide, the two merge (the moved row is archived, never deleted). Brand/social accounts and location pairings are refused. Pass dryRun: true to see what would happen (mergeIntoId, locationCount, clientCount) without changing anything. Needs an agency-wide session.
