preview_google_listing_create
Check whether a set of locations can have NEW Google Business Profile listings created, without creating anything. Pass explicit locationIds (ClientLocation.id, at most 200). Returns per-location state (ready | review | needs_attention | excluded) with reason codes — already_connected, needs_reconnection and creating are never candidates; missing_google_category / missing_address need fixing first; possible_existing_profile means a fetched Google listing already points at the location, and previously_connected means it was connected before and has since been disconnected — for both, link/reconnect the existing listing unless the business truly has none. Also returns the connected Google logins that can create for EVERY client in the selection (accounts) and, when accountConnectionId + googleAccountName (an "accounts/{id}" business group from list_google_create_destinations) are given, whether that destination is valid. Read-only.
