get_connect_link_status

Where a connect link stands: pending (not opened), started (opened, consent in progress), completed (the account is connected — `connectionId` is it), abandoned (opened but never finished within an hour), cancelled, or expired. Read from the connection itself, so `completed` means the account really is connected and healthy.
