To politely ask for a Google review, thank the customer for their business and explain how valuable their feedback is. Provide a direct link to your Google review page and assure them it only takes a minute. Keep the request friendly and low-pressure.
Asking specifically for a 5-star review is generally discouraged as it can seem pushy. Instead, focus on asking for an honest review based on their experience. If you've provided excellent service, a high rating will likely follow naturally.
When asking for a review via text, keep your message concise and friendly. Thank them for their business, briefly explain why reviews matter to you, and include a direct link to leave a review. End with a warm sign-off and no pressure to respond.
