Read inbox assignees
Requires an active agency user with Social access and Social Inbox enabled. User visibility and credential client restrictions are intersected. Path kind is comment, message or mention. Returns assignment (first or null) and assignments, including owner IDs, assigning user and note. Resolves the item’s client access before reading assignment records.
