Create inbox contact list
Requires an active agency user with Social access and Social Inbox enabled. Requires an unrestricted agency owner/admin and unrestricted credential: contacts and vocabulary are shared across clients. Name is required, 1–60 characters, with whitespace normalized. Returns list; a case-insensitive name match returns the existing list.
