Update inbox tag
Requires an active agency user with Social access and Social Inbox enabled. Requires an unrestricted agency owner/admin and unrestricted credential: contacts and vocabulary are shared across clients. Provide at least one of name, color or archived for tagId. Name is 1–60 characters; duplicate names return 409. Color accepts the same tones as creation, or null to clear. archived:true hides the tag without deleting its item links; false restores it. Changes the agency-wide vocabulary.
