Set inbox priority and case type
Requires an active agency user with Social access and Social Inbox enabled. User visibility and credential client restrictions are intersected. Provide exactly one of items or filter and priority and/or caseType. Priority is 1 critical, 2 high, 3 medium, 4 low; null clears. caseType is general, support, question, feedback or lead; null clears. Omitted fields are unchanged. Returns updated/skipped and attributes the change to the authenticated user.
