How to get started with Synup?
Responding to reviews on Synup is a breeze!
All you have to do is, click over to the “Reviews” section at the top.
Here you will be able to get access to all the reviews in a single dashboard.
Click “Filters” and select “Not Responded” under “Status”.
This will show you all of the reviews you haven’t responded to. At the top of the page, you’ll be able to see your review stats at a glance, including review highlights.
Once you scroll down,
You can check all the reviews that you have yet to respond to.
Once you click “Respond”, you can respond to the review directly from the Synup platform.
And just because it’s a negative review, do not worry.
Just understand that it’s an opportunity for you to grow, and show your customers that you can improve and value their feedback.
