Login to your business’ Facebook page.
In the ‘Page’ section, click on the ‘Add a Button’ option right below your cover picture.
Now you will have to select what action you want the button to perform. You’ll be given a list of options in the dialog box that appears. Choose the action you want and click on ‘Next’.
In this step, you will have to select where you want the button to send people to. For example, if you chose the ‘Contact Us’ action in the previous step, now you will have to decide how people can contact you – by phone, mail, or your website. Once you select that, click on ‘Finish’.
Once you’ve done that, Facebook will show you a preview of what your CTA button will look like. You can make edits to the actions here if required. Once everything is set, click on ‘Finish’, and you’re done!
