What is white label listing management software?
It's listing management you resell under your own brand. Your agency's name, logo and domain show up across the client portal, and the platform behind it stays hidden.
Which listing sites does it cover?
Client profiles stay in sync across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Facebook and MapQuest. Your team manages the updates, and clients see the status for every location in the portal.
Will my clients ever see the Synup name?
No. The portal, the emails and your custom domain all carry your branding. Synup branding only shows up in the agency dashboard your team works in.
Can the portal run on my own domain?
Yes. Clients log in at an address on your domain, and SSL is handled for you. Branded emails start sending from your domain once your email records are verified.
Which plans include white labeling?
White labeling and the client portal come with Premium plans and above. They aren't part of the Solo plan.
How do AI credits work for client accounts?
You set a monthly AI credit allowance for each client account. The portal shows the client how much of it they've used, and the allowance resets every month.
