Build the foundations for a connected agency workspace
Guided agency setup, client onboarding, account structure, entitlements, and provisioning established a more connected base for managing agency work.
During Q1 2026, Synup began building the durable onboarding, client, and account foundations that later supported the expanded Agency OS experience. The development included guided agency setup, goals, structured client onboarding, client and account organization, entitlements and provisioning, a client list, and an initial personalized dashboard. Forward history shows the onboarding and client-management foundation survived and matured, while the original dashboard was redesigned. Production-lineage implementation is not evidence that Agency OS publicly launched in March or that customers received every element during Q1.
A durable foundation, not a launch claim
The onboarding and client-management concepts continued into the Agency OS experience that expanded later in 2026. Removed or unverified companion modules are deliberately excluded from this historical development story.
