Edit and update location profiles at scale

Synup added a native editing experience for richer business information and controlled changes across multiple selected locations.

During June, teams could manage core business details, categories, hours, attributes, services, media, payment methods, opening status, action links, and related profile information directly in Synup. Selection-based bulk editing applied only the chosen fields, leaving other location data untouched. Master profile data could be managed alongside Google, Facebook, Apple, and Bing overrides, including publisher-specific differences and UTM configuration for published URLs.

Publish to more social destinations from Synup

Social publishing expanded to additional destinations, including TikTok, Bluesky, Threads, and Mastodon.

The connection and publishing experience grew to account for more platform-specific behavior across the expanded destination set. Unsplash media search also became available in the composer as a supporting improvement.

Move between agency workspaces with one login

Multi-workspace account access made it possible to use one email across more than one agency or Synup workspace.

Users could select an account after login where appropriate and switch workspace context without entering their password again. Membership and role remained separate for each agency or workspace.
