What happens next?
If you're using Meta Business Suite to manage your business's Facebook and Instagram pages, you may want to download leads to analyze and use for marketing purposes. Fortunately, Meta Business Suite provides an easy way to do this
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1. Log in to your Facebook Meta account and navigate to the Business Suite.
Step 2. Select the page for which you want to download leads.
Step 3. Click on the "All Tools" option on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 4. From the drop-down menu, select "Leads."
Step 5. You will now see a list of all the leads that you have collected. Select the leads that you want to download by clicking the checkbox next to each lead's name. You can select multiple leads at once.
Step 6. Once you have selected the leads, click on the "Download" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 7. You will now see a pop-up window that allows you to choose the file format and fields that you want to include in your download. Choose the format (CSV or XLS) and fields that you want to download and click "Download."
Step 8. Your leads will now be downloaded to your computer as a CSV or XLS file, depending on the format you selected.
That's it! You have now successfully downloaded your leads from Meta Business Suite on the latest Facebook Meta website.
