Manage and distribute location profiles across discovery channels
Centralized Presence Management helped multi-location teams maintain business information and distribute consistent profiles across supported discovery surfaces.
The Intent Marketing Cloud brought Synup's established location and listing workflows into a broader Presence pillar spanning profile consistency, discovery-channel distribution, and supported publisher updates. Teams could coordinate information across multiple locations without treating every search, map, voice, or directory surface as an isolated profile. This historical platform expansion should not be read as the later CSV import, bulk-edit, or present-day publisher experience.
Publish richer local content, products, menus, and promotions
Content Management helped brands add useful and timely information to local profiles and experiences beyond basic name, address, and phone details.
Content was the clearest substantially broadened pillar in the Intent Marketing Cloud story. Synup described workflows for local content, products and services, menus, seasonal information, promotions, offers, and richer location experiences. These capabilities helped teams attach more useful content to supported profiles and local pages, while the historical interface and channel behavior should not be assumed to match today's Posts, Campaigns, or Menus products.

Monitor, acquire, and respond to reviews across locations
Reputation Management brought review monitoring, acquisition, response workflows, and visibility into customer feedback into the same multi-location platform.
The platform's Reputation pillar brought established monitoring, acquisition, response, and feedback workflows into a more unified multi-location experience with broader reputation visibility. It should not be read as the later Google and Yelp workflow, structured response rules, multilingual drafting, or any Sydekick capability.
Measure profile, content, and reputation performance
Business Analytics connected profile activity, customer actions, content performance, and reputation signals across supported locations.
Business Analytics and Location Insights expanded Synup's established ranking and reporting foundation across profile and location performance, website visits, calls, direction requests, content results, review analytics, and other customer-action signals. The historical experience helped multi-location teams understand digital performance across the unified platform without implying the later Profile Analytics, keyword, local-market, or portfolio-reporting interfaces already existed.
A connected platform for multi-location marketing
The Intent Marketing Cloud brought established presence, reputation, and analytics capabilities together with a broader content experience in one shared product story for multi-location teams. The announcement date applies to that platform introduction, while the underlying capability histories and interfaces continued to evolve.
